Monarch Return Policy

At Monarque, we attach great importance to the satisfaction of our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return policy is designed to provide you with a worry-free and seamless shopping experience.

We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. This means that you have 14 days to return items that do not meet your expectations.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the returned items meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with no signs of wear.
  • Items must be free of dirt, stains or odors.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including tags and any accessories.
  • The items must be accompanied by the delivery note or the purchase invoice.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions .

Monarch Return Process

To make a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service ( contact@maisonmonarque.com ) within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your intention to return one or more items.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions, including the prepaid shipping label if you are in mainland France.
  • Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and affix the return label to your package (if using the original package, be sure to affix your return label over the original shipping label) .
  • Drop off the package at the collection point or post office indicated by our customer service.


Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the package. We will then refund the amount of the returned items, excluding initial delivery costs, within a reasonable time.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment used at purchase. Please note that refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.


At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the returns process outlined above for a refund and then place a new order on our website.

Defective Items or Delivery Error

If you receive a defective item or if we have made a mistake in delivery, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
